Winter and the Paradiski Ski Area
The chalet is in a fabulous location a few moments from the ski lift, which whisks you up to the two huge ski areas of Les Arcs and La Plagne, otherwise known as the Paradiski area. There are some 425kms of marked pistes as well as some of the best off-piste areas in the Tarentaise valley.
In the local resort, we boast the best tree lined runs providing shelter and visibility on those white-out days. Whilst Les Arcs offers the higher altitude skiing, guaranteed snow covered early and late season. Plenty of blue and red runs with the odd challenging black especially the longest one in Europe which goes from the top of the Aiguille Rouge at 3226m down to Villaroger at 1200m. La Plagne offers more intermediate skiing with wide motorway runs but then it also offers glacier skiing at the top of the Bellecote giving access to amazing off-piste! There is something for all levels in this wonderful ski domain.
Why not experience the thrills of the far North by learning to drive a team of huskies. Or for the more energetic, try climbing one of the natural frozen waterfalls. But then you are on holiday so let someone else take the strain and take a horse sleigh and discover the magical cross country ski domain.
